**Position Summary**

As a Quality Manager leads for Nutrition Z-EUR, you will lead the Quality team and ensures that the Category Quality objectives and roadmap is consistently implemented in the relevant factories, COMANs and stand-alone businesses.

**A Day in the Life of a Quality Manager**
- Accountable for Quality & Food Safety for all products produced in the category.
- Support the T&P leads on category-specific quality and food safety standards (including management of new emerging hazards).
- Provide strong leadership for the integration and connection of the different NIM QM teams where the category is present.
- Coordinates “quality by design” activities for new technologies and processes in conjunction with R&D ensuring that are implemented in the relevant manufacturing units (own & third party).
- Provide training, coaching and technical assistance on category functional expertise to close competence gaps.

**What will make you successful**
- University graduate or equivalent (preferred microbiology, chemistry or food science-related studies, or engineering).
- Line management with demonstrated capability to lead a group of experienced professionals/ leaders.
- Management exposure across several functions.
- Different factory, market, category or R&D positions & environments (Centre, Region, market, expatriation, mission, special projects).
- Proven track record in delivering results by working with cross-functional teams and global initiatives.
- Leading/ implementing change.
- Experience in building and implementing strategy in relevant areas.
- Recognized leadership skills.
