**Votre équipe**:

- La division Corporate Functions (CF) regroupe les activités non bancaires du Groupe et compte plus de 600 personnes. Assurées par des spécialistes connaissant parfaitement l’ensemble des lignes de métier, les fonctions centrales se répartissent en divers départements: Communication, Compliance, Finances, Ressources humaines, Sécurité de l’information, Audit interne, Juridique, Organisation, Risques et Fiscalité.- Vous reporterez au Head of Human Ressources CF et travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec la communauté OTD ainsi que les HR Business Partners de ces lignes de métiers.**Votre rôle**:

- En tant que Talent Development Manager au sein de l'équipe HR Corporate Functions à Genève, vous participerez à l’évolution de l’offre de Talent Development pour CF au niveau mondial et en ligne avec la stratégie Organizational & Talent Development (OTD) du Groupe Pictet. Vous identifierez les besoins et trouverez les solutions de développement des talents appropriés.**Vos responsabilités**

**> Développer les compétences et formations**:

- Organiser et gérer les journées d’intégration pour les nouveaux collaborateurs.
- Gérer des projets de formation, par l'analyse des besoins et la recherche de partenaires, mais également une gestion logistique et administrative rigoureuse, liée à l'évaluation des dispositifs.
- Collaborer avec les HRBPs dans l’identification des besoins en matière de formation pour leurs populations respectives.
- Gérer les inscriptions aux cours de langue et formations externes.
- Suivre les demandes de formation (internes et externes).
- Participer au processus de budget formations et assurer le suivi des dépenses et investissements. Communiquer sur les KPI’s.
- Assurer une excellente communication et un marketing relatif aux projets gérés.

**> Gestion des Talents**:

- Conseiller et orienter les managers et les collaborateurs sur les questions liées au développement des compétences.
- Conduire des conversation de carrière avec les employés afin de les orienter au mieux sur les solutions à favoriser pour atteindre leurs objectifs de carrière.
- Suivre les Plans de Développement Individuels et la bonne adéquation avec les plans de successions.
- Participer à la gestion stratégique des talents, notamment les profils «High Potential» et « Experts » (rapports, statistiques, risques de départ).
- Gérer la structure du système Human Capital Management (SAP Success Factor) dans le cadre du processus de Talent Reviews.

**> Développement organisationnel**:

- Gérer certains projets organisationnels de façon autonome (engagement-motivation, mobilité, change management, 360°, etc.).
- Faire un suivi des plans d’actions du business dans le cadre des résultats de l’Engagement Survey.
- Développer et tenir à jour les procédures et lignes directrices liées au Talent Development (Catalogue, mise à jour du sharepoint Talent Development CF)
- Travailler en équipe avec les experts de formations de la communauté OTD et la Pictet Academy (People Leadership, Human skills, Hard Skills, Key Talents).

**Votre profil**:

- Master de type HEC ou Organizational Behavior / Behavioral Psychology ou expérience jugée équivalente.
- Solide expérience (4-7 ans) dans le domaine des Ressources Humaines ou du coaching.
- Bonnes connaissances en matière de gestion des talents et des formations.
- Excellentes qualités organisationnelles et rigueur dans la priorisation.
- Esprit entrepreneurial, fortes compétences interpersonnelles et relationnelles.
- Bon sens pédagogique et empathique.
- Orienté sur l’apprentissage et démontrant une passion pour le développemnt de ses propres compétences.
- Formation en Coaching ou autres expertises connexes (AT, CNV, AI, Systémie..).
- Bonnes connaissances d’un outil Learning Management System (idéalement SAP Success Factor), un plus.
- Français et anglais courants.
- Domicile en Suisse requis ou volonté de se domicilier en Suisse.
