Für unsere Division Air & Sea am Standort in Basel suchen wir nach Vereinbarung einen Manager, Project Cargo (m/w/d) für unsere neu geschaffene Abteilung „Project Cargo“. Als Leitung dieser Abteilung und Teil unseres lokalen Management-Teams stellst du sicher, dass sämtliche operativen und geschäftsentwicklungsrelevanten Aufgaben erfolgreich gemeistert werden. So trägst du massgeblich zur Kundenzufriedenheit, Produktivität und Rentabilität unseres Standorts bei.

***Deine Aufgaben**:

- **Strategiedefinition & GuV-Verantwortung**:Du stellst sicher, dass die Project-Cargo-Strategie erfolgreich umgesetzt wird und übernimmst die Verantwortung für die GuV und die Erreichung der EBITA-Ziele
- **Prozessmanagement und Leistungssteuerung**: Gemeinsam mit deinem Team sorgst du für die Einhaltung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung unserer Prozesse, um eine gleichbleibend hohe Servicequalität gemäss festgelegten KPIs zu garantieren
- **Zusammenarbeit und Koordination**: Du baust Beziehungen zu Subunternehmern auf, verhandelst Verträge und stellst sicher, dass alles im Einklang mit unseren globalen Standards läuft
- **Personalführung und -entwicklung**: Du führst und entwickelst dein Team, übernimmst Recruiting, Performance Management, Einarbeitung und Schulung, sodass sich deine MitarbeiterInnen optimal entfalten können
- **Kundenmanagement und -bindung**: Als Eskalationspunkt für Kundenfragen liegt ein besonderer Fokus auf der Kundenbindung und -entwicklung sowie der professionellen Kommunikation bei Anliegen oder Beschwerden
- **Marktentwicklung und Geschäftsentwicklung**: Du förderst den Ausbau und die Entwicklung unseres Kundenstamms im lokalen Markt
- **Finanz
- und Vertragsmanagement**: Du erstellst Reports und Leistungskennzahlen, sorgst für eine verlässliche Kostenkontrolle, überwachst die Zahlungsströme und Vertragskonformität bei unseren Subunternehmern

**Dein Profil**:

- **Berufserfahrung**: Mindestens 7 Jahre Erfahrung in der Speditionsbranche und im Bereich Project Cargo, idealerweise in einem 3PL- oder ähnlichen Dienstleistungsumfeld
- **Personalführung**: Du hast Erfahrung in der Leitung und Entwicklung von Teams
- **Geschäftsentwicklung & Kundenorientierung**: Erfahrung in der Logistik und Geschäftsentwicklung sowie ein stark ausgeprägter Kundenfokus
- **IT-Kenntnisse**:Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office und idealerweise Erfahrung mit CargoWise1
- **Kommunikationsstärke**: Du bist Kommunikationsprofi und schaffst es, vertrauensvolle Beziehungen auf allen Ebenen aufzubauen und effizient zu kommunizieren
- **Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Persönlichkeit**: Du bist organisiert, präsentationsstark und überzeugst durch eine ehrliche, authentische und positive Ausstrahlung
- **Sprachkenntnisse**: Fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen sind ein Plus
