**Beschreibung**:
For our international partner, a leading international food company based close to Baden, we are looking for a qualified and motivated **Junior Financial Controller **for a pemanent postion.

In this postion you get the opportunity to take broad responsibilities within the Group Controlling function at the headquarter. Your focus will be on internal reportings as well as taking over the key user role of the Groups BI solution. You will be in contact the local finance managers of the subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad as well as with the Group Management.

**Tasks**:

- Coordinate the monthly reporting process. Analyze the results of the Group and the subsidiaries, and prepare management information to the Executive Board
- Manage the Group reporting timetable and coordinate financial planning cycles
- Prepare presentations to the Executive Board and the Board of Directors
- Support the Group Accounting Director in financial consolidation and provide systems support
- Contribute to the preparation of the annual report in cooperation with the Group Accounting Director
- Act as content expert of the Group's BI solution including
- Active contribution in improvement projects

**Must Haves**:

- Degree in Business Administration (Bachelor degree or higher), preferably with a specialization in Finance / Controlling
- Minimum Bachelor (Master or PhD advantageous)
- 1 to 3 years of experience in an international finance environment is a plus
- Fluent in English and German is a plus
- Credibility, high ethical standards, demonstrate integrity and respect for others
- Advanced skills to analyze financial data and to draw well-reasoned conclusions
- Ability to work with a high level of accuracy and to write in a clear manner
- Work well with a group of people and strong communication skills
- Initiative and eager to further develop the areas of responsibility
- Good planning and organization skills to coordinate and keep track of different workstreams
