**Program Manager II, Pricing**

**Introduction to team**:
The Pricing Programs team mission is to drive the execution of the Expedia Group pricing strategy in close collaboration with Product, Data Science, Operations and Tech leads.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our pricing strategy, ensuring competitiveness and profitability in a rapidly evolving travel landscape. This position demands strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, strong interest for data and technology, and a deep understanding of pricing dynamics in the travel tech sector.

**In this role you will**:

- Develop project schedules, defines timeframes, and prioritize tasks to achieve project milestones and deliver intended objectives
- Track project schedule, and share weekly updates with leadership and stakeholders in the relevant forums
- Create and maintain program documentation and lead recurring meetings as needed
- Proactively manage risk, working with the team to anticipate new risks and lead mitigation planning
- Coordinate bringing together different stakeholders with varied perspectives to develop solutions to issues, and contribute own suggestions
- Think holistically to identify opportunities around policies/ processes to increase efficiency across organizational boundaries
- Consider and understand the audience's specific needs and comprehension level to determine the most appropriate message and delivery method, limiting or explaining technical language

**Experience and qualifications**:

- Bachelor or Master degree in one of the related fields: Business, Economics, Engineering, Statistics or Mathematics
- Demonstrated professional experience in a project or program management role, preferably in ecommerce or in a technology company
- Advanced skills in Excel and Powerpoint. Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau) is a plus
- Previous exposure to project management tools (such Jira, Confluence, Miro) and methodologies (Agile)
- Successful track record of managing projects cross-functionally, including in technology functions
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights
- Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset and a track record of driving results
