En tant que responsable de programme, vous serez chargé(e) de définir les objectifs, de piloter les équipes, de gérer les budgets, et d’assurer la réussite globale des programmes sous votre responsabilité, tout en alignant les initiatives sur les priorités stratégiques de l’entreprise.

Mission
  • Définir et superviser l’ensemble des programmes en s’assurant qu’ils répondent aux objectifs stratégiques de l’entreprise et des clients.
  • Piloter la planification, la coordination, et l’exécution des projets à grande échelle en assurant la gestion des ressources, des délais, et des budgets.
  • Assurer la communication et la collaboration entre les parties prenantes, y compris les clients, les équipes de projet, et la direction.
  • Identifier les risques potentiels et mettre en œuvre des plans de mitigation pour minimiser les impacts sur les programmes.
  • Suivre les indicateurs de performance (KPI) pour mesurer l’avancement des projets et assurer la qualité des livrables.
  • Animer les comités de pilotage et les réunions de suivi pour garantir la bonne gouvernance des programmes.
  • Gérer les changements de périmètre, de planning, ou de budget en assurant une gestion efficace des priorités.
  • Assurer la continuité entre les différents projets d’un programme en veillant à ce qu’ils soient alignés avec les objectifs globaux et les attentes des clients.
PROFIL RECHERCHÉ : Program
  • Expérience significative en gestion de programmes complexes, idéalement dans un environnement IT ou technologique.
  • Compétence éprouvée en gestion de projet (méthodologies traditionnelles et agiles), avec la capacité de gérer plusieurs projets simultanément.
  • Excellente capacité à diriger des équipes pluridisciplinaires et à communiquer efficacement avec les parties prenantes de tous niveaux.
  • Forte aptitude à anticiper les risques, à résoudre les problèmes de manière proactive, et à proposer des solutions pratiques pour garantir la réussite des programmes.
  • Maîtrise des outils de gestion de projets/programmes (Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello).
  • Compétence en gestion budgétaire, planification stratégique, et optimisation des ressources.
  • Un bon niveau d’anglais est requis pour les échanges avec les partenaires internationaux et la documentation technique.
Formation
  • Diplôme supérieur en gestion de projets, informatique, ingénierie, ou domaine connexe (BAC+5 minimum).
  • Certifications en gestion de projets (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) sont un plus.
