‍‍ En tant que **Manager de Programme d’Infrastructure Senior** chez IVY Partners, vous serez en charge de:

- Structurer et piloter des programmes complexes pour l’OCSIN, tout en assurant la coordination des projets.
- Surveiller les coûts, délais et qualité, en mettant en place des mesures correctives si nécessaire.
- Gérer les risques et appliquer des plans d’actions pour atténuer les menaces identifiées.
- Utiliser la méthodologie Hermès pour garantir la qualité des livrables et le respect des points de contrôle.
- Valider les décisions clés avec les parties prenantes et les comités de pilotage.
- Assurer la bonne gestion des ressources humaines, la communication et la formation tout au long des projets.

**Profil**:

- 10 ans d’expérience en gestion de projets IT et 7 ans en gestion de programmes complexes.
- Expertise en infrastructures (réseaux, bases de données, stockage) et en plans de reprise d’activité.
- Maîtrise des architectures haute disponibilité et des infrastructures distribuées.
- Excellente communication écrite et orale.
- Expérience dans les tests DRP et le déploiement de sites de secours.
- Certifications reconnues (Hermès, PMI, IPMA) et aptitude à gérer des équipes multidisciplinaires.
