We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Revenue Process Analyst, to join our Finance department within the Revenue Management team. You will have a dedicated focus on revenue processes, data flows and accounting and will play a key role in moving towards revenue recognition process efficiency and automation.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Identify opportunities to optimize and automate data processes regarding revenue recognition. Work with existing users to understand the current data and workflows with a view to efficiency and control improvements.
- Dedicated to the realization of process/systems/control improvements within the current revenue accounting operating environment. Additionally, will play an active role in the future implementation and roll out of a new revenue recognition solution
- Support, maintain, re-design Excel files, reports, and dashboards.
- Put in place controls and integrity checks between systems, data sets and Excel environment
- Discuss and collect users pain points and propose solutions
- Work with key stakeholders and SME’s to gain a comprehensive understanding of the current state of the revenue recognition process (incl. systems, data flows, data requirements, controls) and help to drive process improvements.
- Development of high-quality documentation

**Requirements**:
Qualifications & Experience
- Revenue accounting experience (IFRS15) a clear advantage
- Highly advanced Excel skills combined with modelling and process improvement experience
- Bachelor or Masters degree in Finance or similar qualification
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in financial services with experience working in or with a Finance team.
- Strong Business analyst and process skills, together with a focus on the functional process/business side of the data
- Ability to communicate effectively in a multi-location setup and global organization
- Self-starter who can prioritize and manage multiple assignments, take initiative, and work independently
- Excellent English skills (spoken and written), German language an advantage but not required
