**What will you work on at Hilton Geneva?**:
- Receive and convert incoming enquiries to achieve targets and maximize revenue
- Seek opportunities to increase sales and conversions within the Team
- Manage an events schedule to maximize yield
- Build strong relationships with customers to fully understand their needs
- Maximize all Group, Conference, and Event revenue opportunities
- Conduct the GC&E Weekly Meeting
- Contribute to the selling strategy of the hotel, and manage the departments' adherence to achieving that strategy
- Conduct weekly spot checks of bookings carried out with a minimum of 90% achieved in any departmental and system audits for any Team Member
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date customer records in Hilton Bookings Systems;
- Ensure professional and efficient utilization of all systems, in line with company best practices and standard operating procedures;
- Arrange and carry out remarkable Hotel show rounds;
- Participate in hotel promotional activities;
- Ensure the Group, Conference, and Events (GCE) Sales Team Members are developed effectively and generate a culture of high quality standards for relationship building, customer service, selling techniques, and billing and processing contracts
- Support the Team Leader to Manage and develop the Group, Conference, and Events (GCE) Sales Team to ensure career progression and effective succession planning within the hotel and company
- Participate in hotel promotional activities;
- To efficiently communicate with all HOD, especially: Commercial Director, Director of operations, F&B director, Executive Chef.

To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:
- Degree in Business Management with at least 8-year growing experience in GC&E management in a large events venue
Experience in a large / flagship hotel mandatory
International exposure welcome
Fluency in French and English
Ability to handle both strategic and operational topics
Commitment to delivering an exceptional level of customer service
Outstanding planning, organizational and administration skills
Positive attitude and fantastic communication skills
Highly confident telephone manner
Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
Knowledge of Delphi FDC, OnQ
