**They have an exciting opening for a experienced and very client focused Senior Assistant with excellent English (both written and spoken) and very good German (written is not required but good spoken and understanding is important)**

**EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT**
- Job Description_
Supporting a partner in all administrative matters relating to the office and team, with a very strong focus on clients and their needs.
- Responsible for all travel arrangements and planning of schedules, these can be quite complex business trips (booking flights, hotels and transfers, organizing travel documents and Visas, transport, etc.) and completing expense reports
- Responsible for agendas, scheduling meetings both internal and external
- Organizing, Scheduling and coordinating team meetings from A-Z in some cases taking Minutes
- Preparation PowerPoint presentation of various committee presentation packages
- Requirements_
- You have an administrative schooling or a further education would also be good with a many years experience as an Executive/Personal/Administrative/Team Assistant
- Experience could be from Hospitality/Travel/Financial Services/Consulting/ or any industry that is client focused
- Excellent English (spoken and written) with good German (written in not essential but good spoken/understanding is important)
- High level of and client-orientation is essential with the ability to take initiative
- Outgoing personality with great interpersonal skills and detail-oriented.
- _Our client allows Home Office for a few days in the week plus allowance, also flexible working hours_
