Then you must be the right person to join us as a “Retail Back-Office Controller Junior” for the Swiss market

**You will be successful in this role by accomplishing the following challenges**:

- Perform operational controls over sales and financial transactions of the boutiques you are in charge of among our 12 Maisons
- Be the contact point of the stores for operational processes and controls
- Support the boutiques for compliance topics
- Plan and monitor inventories and related stock movements
- Be in charge of administrative and accounting tasks for the department (payment lettering for the e-com activity, bank transfers confirmation, payments reconciliation)

**Your invaluable skills we are looking for**:

- You hold a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Finance, Management or Business related disciplines
- A first professional experience (internship incl.) in a financial position (controlling, accounting ) or in the retail industry
- Committed, enthusiastic, flexible, organized and a positive thinker
- Good communication with strong facilitating skills
- You speak French and English fluently. German or Italian is a plus

**Who will you be working with?**
- You will report to the RBO, ICS & Compliance Manager and will interact with colleagues from very diverse Richemont functions & Maisons on the market
- The position is based in Meyrin with 2 days a week trips to Fribourg where a part of the team is based and with regular visits to different cities in Switzerland to support the boutiques
