**Compliance Manager**

We would like to take the opportunity to talk to you about the vacant Compliance Manager role in our International Finance Team.

In this position, you will contribute to the overall Finance function by overseeing all risk, compliance and internal control related topics. The purpose of this role is to contribute to the implementation of the global financial compliance strategy through a focus on high-risk financial compliance areas, delivery of training & awareness sessions and providing project implementation support, ensuring financial compliance is a business enabler. You will also have a high exposure with Cartier markets, Cartier other departments and the Group on procedures and internal control discussions.

**KEY RESPONSABILITIES**

**Internal Control**
- Contribute to the preparation and the update of policies and procedures relating to the control environment, and make sure of their implementation in the relevant functions and departments.
- Become the point of contact for all procedures questions of all Cartier entities on a day-to-day basis.
- Contribute to the annual worldwide round of procedures testing to identify internal control deficiencies and to suggest an action plan.
- Participate to ad-hoc policy and compliance audits.
- Active follow-up of compliance action plan to ensure that agreed management actions are implemented.
- Develop relationship with Richemont Compliance and Richemont Internal Audit.
- Participate to the preparation of compliance topics presentations to Cartier CFO.

**SPINE Project**
- Participate actively in this project which aims to review in strong collaboration with the International Commercial Department all Cartier financial & operational procedures of the Boutique Operation Manual before March 2024.
- Work closely with International Commercial Department on this project and play a key role to convey finance point of view in SPINE project.
- Identify and alert on updates which will have significant finance impact for Cartier.

**Other Projects & Ad Hoc analysis**
- Contribute on other projects and ad hoc analysis depending on the priorities of the projects department

**Management**
- Supervision and development of a junior Internal Controller (intern / VIE contract)

**HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?**
- You hold a Master’s Degree (Business School or Engineering) with a solid experience of minimum 7-8 years of risk management, internal or external audit and/or FP&A experience.
- You speak fluently French and English
- You possess a high level of personal and professional integrity
- You have strong project management, organizational and interpersonal skills
- You are able to work collaboratively across departments
- You are results and problem solving oriented
- You have excellent knowledge in Excel and Powerpoint
