**IN A NUTSHELL**

We are looking for an entrepreneurial-minded person with the ambition to gain hands-on experience within a motivated and dynamic team for 6 months starting in **January**. Being an entrepreneur can be one of the most fulfilling tasks in life and for sure one with the highest learning curve. You love autonomy, setting your own goals and are curious to learn how to build and grow an early-stage tech startup? Join us in building a leading insurance company of the 21st century.

**What we are looking for**

Join our team as an Intern and take an active role in shaping our product and team culture alongside the team and the co-founders Fabian & Gregory.

**Requirements**:
**️ About you**
- Close to **Bachelor or Master graduation** or recently graduated.
- Fluent communication in** German and English.**:

- Having **practical experience** from internships in consulting, startups, scale-ups, tech companies, or from entrepreneur/startup associations is favorable.
- **Ambitious** and equipped with an **entrepreneurial mindset** to make things happen: given the scope, volume, and timeline of work, the ability to direct people - including oneself - towards a particular objective that may require active orchestration is key.
- Ability to **work with limited guidance** and proactively collaborate with multiple stakeholders across and outside the organization: given the scope of work, you should be able to jump from one topic to another with a similar impact.
- **‘Business’ sense and analytical skills**: often you will have to think at the company level, assessing what would be best for the business, and working on topics that have cross-cutting impacts. The ability to understand what can make a business great (product-wise, commercially, in terms of image, etc.), and usually making correct decisions, even in the presence of ambiguity, is paramount.

**What you will be working on**
- Working alongside the team and the founders on business priorities, such as unlocking new growth, product decisions, and onboarding partners.
