**What we are looking for**

Join our team as an **Intern** and take an active role in shaping our product and team culture alongside the team and the co-founders **Fabian & Gregory.**

**Requirements**:
**️ About you**
- Close to **Bachelor or Master **graduation or recently graduated.
- Fluent communication in** German and English.**:

- Having **practical experienc**e from internships in consulting, startups, scale-ups, tech companies, or from entrepreneur/startup associations is favourable.
- **Ambitious** and equipped with an entrepreneurial mindset to make things happen: given the scope, volume, and timeline of work, the ability to direct people - including oneself - towards a particular objective that may require active orchestration is key.
- Ability to **work with limited guidance** and proactively collaborate with multiple stakeholders across and outside of the organisation: given the scope of work, you should be able to jump from one topic to another with a similar impact.
- **‘Business’ sense and analytical skills**: often you will have to think at the company level, assessing what would be best for the business, and working on topics that have cross-cutting impacts. The ability to understand what can make a business great (product-wise, commercially, in terms of image, etc.), and usually making correct decisions, even in the presence of ambiguity, is paramount.

- You speak French and/or Italian.
- Insurance knowledge/interest.

**What you will be working on**
- Working alongside the team and the founders on business priorities, such as unlocking new growth, product decisions, and onboarding partners.
