**Your perspectives**
Support our sales team in Mergers & Acquisitions with sales activities, for example:
- Conducting market research and understanding macro-economic conditions for M&A deals
- Following business and financial publications and newspapers on M&A activities
- Analyzing the strategy and objectives of M&A deals
- Supporting the team in the acquisition and execution of exciting national and international M&A projects. Understanding TCS portfolio of Services in M&A consulting.
- Maintain summary on M&A transactions across sectors and countries
- Participating in tenders. Preparing research papers and business presentations
- Working with our Sales, Industry and Consulting teams to develop business with our Clients from diverse sectors: Manufacturing, Energy, Utilities, Retail & Consumer Goods, LifeSciences and Healthcare, Telecommunications, Travel and Transportation, Software & Services, Banking & Financial Services, Chemicals & Processes, Industrials etc.
- Studying the Private Equity and Financial Investors segment and develop value propositions
- Getting introduced to Business & Technology solutions, platforms, frameworks and tools
- Gaining experience and insights from real-world projects in corporate and customer environments
**Your Qualifications**
- Enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, at least in the 3rd semester.
- Previous experience in the field of business finance, corporate strategy and investment principles gained through seminar or project work, internships or extracurricular activities.
- Understanding of the basics of M&A concepts
- Passion for finance and consulting
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to track and leverage industry, business and technology knowledge
- Enthusiasm for digital technologies
- Strong proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Organizational talent and coordination skills
- Openness to an international working environment
- Structured and independent way of working
- International experience is an advantage
- Business fluent in English and German
- Availability from four to twelve months
