Working as part of our customer service team, you will work across customer issues while delivering the very best in customer experience. You don't have to be a genius at trading, in fact we want people who are passionate about creating the best experiences for our clients and we will teach you the rest

You must:
1. Speak English fluently. Additional languages are a big plus
2. Ideally have experience in dealing with customers
3. Be motivated to learn

5. Love problem-solving and helping people

**Job Types**: 10-20%, 20-40%, 40-60%
Part-time hours: 42 per week
**Salary**: CHF505.00 - CHF2,525.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 Hour Shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
