**They have an established presence in Zurich and with various countries worldwide.**

- **There are some MUST's**:_
**MUST HAVE At least 3 years of previous experience within financial service with an outgoing and client oriented personality**
**MUST HAVE Good knowledge and passion for finance products some knowledge of Emerging Markets and great desire to learn**
**MUST HAVE Talent, potential and entrepreneurial mindset**
**MUST HAVE Excellent English**

**RELATIONSHIP MANAGER (JUNIOR)**

They love cross-border investments and Emerging Markets
They are passionate about their staff and hiring the best talent
The goal is to strengthen the international business development team by introducing a young and talented "client facing" banker and taking a year to show them the “ropes” within the organization, including a couple of months abroad in Asia.
The expectations are high, the program is about working (100%) within all business related units to learn and understand how the company functions and approaches client, also to understand the entrepreneurial mindset. You must look at this as learning process and not a training program.
The goal is that you will be then ready to take on the role of Relationship Manager role within business development. **(I would be happy to explain it to you)**
**Business Development**: Sources and executes (private) equity, debt and hybrid investments into emerging markets and for managing existing and building new client relationships.

**YOU MUST BE** Degree (university) educated.
**YOU MUST HAVE** At least 3 - 5 years of work experience (after graduation) in Finance.
**YOU MUST HAVE** Good product knowledge and interest in the emerging markets.
**YOU MUST HAVE** The desire to learn and develop.
**YOU MUST HAVE** Excellent English (C1 or C2 level), German is NOT a MUST, but a plus.
**YOU MUST HAVE** Talent, potential and an entrepreneurial mindset.
