**Relationship Manager Assistant, Wealth Management - Israel**:
**Description**:
Wealth Management (WM) As it plays such a major part in our strategy, we are investing significantly in Wealth Management to fuel our growth, particularly in Europe (onshore), the Middle East, Latin America and Asia. We provide a complete range of private banking products and services, including a variety of investment management and advisory mandates, tailored to our clients's specific requirements, objectives and risk profiles. **Challenges**:
Assist the relationship manager in opening new relationships and serving clients, in compliance with the bank’s internal regulations and guidelines.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Preparing the necessary documentation for client meetings and business trips of the relationship manager(s)
- Cash management
- Assist in AML clarifications and preparing clients KYC and related updates
- Preparing and monitoring account openings, closings and mutations
- Maintaining records in compliance with internal and external regulation (e.g., of client instructions, portfolio reviews, AML, KYC, etc.)
- Various administrative tasks (e.g. preparing presentations, travel arrangements, helping clients with any requests, banking and non-banking)
- Deputy of other assistants if needed

**Education**:

- Education: High School/ Maturité / Baccalauréat
- Certification: Banking apprenticeship, CYP, internship or similar

**Experience**:

- Years of experience: 0-3 : beginner
- Experience required:

- Experience as a Relationship Manager Assistant in Wealth Management is required for this role
- Strong banking knowledge (CYP, CWMA, etc.)
- Fluent in English
- Experience in private banking: Mandatory

**Language**:

- English: Fluent
- German: Basic

- Swiss resident: Mandatory
