**Assistant Wealth Management**:
**Description**:
Wealth Management (WM) As it plays such a major part in our strategy, we are investing significantly in Wealth Management to fuel our growth, particularly in Europe (onshore), the Middle East, Eastern Europe, Latin America and Asia. We provide a complete range of private banking products and services, including a variety of investment management and advisory mandates, tailored to our clients's specific requirements, objectives and risk profiles. Among UBP professional partners, over 300 independent asset managers have chosen us as their custodian bank, valuing our personalised, flexible services and our transparent fee structure.

**Mission**:
Together with other colleagues, assist a team of relationship managers (RMs) in opening new relationships and serving clients, in compliance with the jurisdiction’s regulations and with the Bank’s internal directives and guidelines.

**Challenges**:
Be able to work in a highly regulated market.

**Main responsibilities**:
Preparing documentation for RMs’ meetings with clients and business trips

Handling AML clarifications and preparing higher-risk client reviews

Preparing and monitoring account openings, closings and mutations

Preparing investment proposals

Maintaining records in compliance with internal and external regulation (e.g. of client instructions, portfolio reviews, AML, KYC, etc.)

Various administrative tasks (e.g. preparing presentations, travel arrangements, helping clients with any requests, banking and non-banking)

Supporting the RMs in maintaining records in compliance with internal and external regulation, (e.g. regarding client instructions, portfolio reviews, AML, KYC, etc. )

Stand in for other assistants in case of absences

**Education**:

- Education: CFC
- Certification: Degree in Banking is an asset

**Experience**:

- Years of experience: 3-7 : intermediate
- Experience required: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience in private banking: Mandatory

**Language**:

- English: Fluent

**Personal skills**:

- Swiss resident: Mandatory
