**Assistant Wealth Management - Eastern Europe**:
**Description**:
Wealth Management (WM): As it plays such a major part in our strategy, we are investing significantly in Wealth Management to fuel our growth, particularly in Europe (onshore), the Middle East, Latin America and Asia. We provide a complete range of private banking products and services, including a variety of investment management and advisory mandates, tailored to our clients' specific requirements, objectives and risk profiles. Among UBP professional partners, over 300 independent asset managers have chosen us as their custodian bank, valuing our personalised, flexible services and our transparent fee structure.

**Challenges**:
Assist the relationship manager in opening new relationships and serving clients, in compliance with the bank’s internal regulations and guidelines.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Preparing the necessary documentation for client meetings and business trips of the relationship manager(s)
- Cash management
- Assist in AML clarifications and preparing clients KYC and related updates
- Preparing and monitoring account openings, closings and mutations
- Maintaining records in compliance with internal and external regulation (e.g., of client instructions, portfolio reviews, AML, KYC, etc.)
- Various administrative tasks (e.g. preparing presentations, travel arrangements, helping clients with any requests, banking and non-banking)
- Deputy of other assistants if needed

This role is located in Zurich.

**Education**:

- Education: High School/ Maturité / Baccalauréat
- Certification: Banking apprenticeship, CYP, internship or similar
- Technical skills: Banking experience

**Experience**:

- Years of experience: 3-7 : intermediate
- Experience required: Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Relationship Manager Assistant
- Experience in private banking: Mandatory

**Language**:

- English: Fluent

**Personal skills**:

- Swiss resident: Mandatory
- Highly service
