For an important company, we are looking for the following profile:
**Your mission**
The resource will take part in the Human Resources department and will be responsible for overseing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal resource has a thorough understanding of HR policies and procedures with extensive experience in employee recruitment.
- Managing the entire employee’s life cycle, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
- Maintaining and enhancing employee benefits programs, including compensation, health insurance, expense reimbursement, and vacation.
- Managing issues related to employment, compensation, labour negotiations and employee relations.
- Maintaining management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending improvements to our standard HR policies and procedures.
- Conducting the recruitment process, champions the onboarding process, and providing clarity and connection for employees so their roles serve the overall business vision.
- Organising the personal and team development activities and trainings.
- Managing staff wellness and performance reviews process.
- Working on diversity and inclusion, change management and cultural change.
- Contributing to the further development of the landscape and provides proposals for change.
- Managing the HR budget.

**Your profile**
- Msc / MA in Human Resource or related field
- Three or more years of experience as HR manager
- Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations in Switzerland.
- Knowledge in human resources practices and procedures.
- Demonstrable experience with managing (cultural) change in an organization.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent command/highly proficient in spoken and written English; another language is a plus.
- Experience with HR software and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Handles confidential matters with discretion.
