Per un nostro stimato cliente, stiamo selezionando un/una:
Human Resource Planning (HRP)

Obiettivo:
Il/la Candidato/a, riportando all'HRBP, si occuperà della pianificazione del personale.

Principali responsabilità:

- Occuparsi della disposizione (pianificazione nominale) del personale, attribuito dal settore di riferimento, nel rispetto dei parametri contrattuali e della legge federale sul lavoro, tenendo in considerazione la programmazione operativa;
- Assegnare il personale alle diverse produzioni garantendo equilibrio e competenza;
- Raccogliere dati e creare statistiche e report di controllo;
- Gestire la corrispondenza, reports, riunioni e incontri, archiviazione documentale, monitoraggio delle scadenze.

Requisiti per la posizione:

- Esperienza consolidata nella turnazione del personale;
- Conoscenza del C.O. in materia di lavoro e della Legge sul Lavoro;
- Conoscenza del pacchetto office, in particolare di Excel, e dei principali strumenti informatici;
- Imprescindibile conoscenza e passione per il mondo dello sport;
- Buona conoscenza di almeno una lingua nazionale (B1) oltre all'italiano;
- Ottime capacità di lavorare in gruppo e orientamento al risultato;
- Spiccate doti di problem solving, dinamismo, atteggiamento proattivo, attitudine all'apprendimento continuo;
- Buona resistenza allo stress e capacità di reagire velocemente agli imprevisti;
- Necessaria la residenza in Svizzera di diversi anni, ottima conoscenza del territorio.
