**Your areas of responsibilities**:

- Sell CYBEX products to our b2b retailers within the juvenile industry across Switzerland
- Manage & establish strong relationships and visit our existing customers locally
- Assess customer needs & implement individual consultation to adapt on their demands
- Act as a coach on product trainings for retailers and other customers
- Monitor and evaluate the market trends and the competitors
- Refer customer feedback and information on competitor activity to appropriate contacts within the organization so that they can respond to changing market conditions and customer demands
- Identify, research and contact prospective customers and build positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business
- Participate in international fairs
- Merchandise products & POS in Line with VM Guidelines

**Your profile of qualification**:

- Ideally 2-4 years of field sales/account management or retail merchandising or product trainer experience
- Have a good understanding of premium markets and/or luxury retail businesses and how to promote & sell products
- Strong French & German language skills both verbal and written as well as English
- High sense of initiative
- Hands on & flexible
- Strong communication skills
- Driven, motivated & dynamic personality
