In order to strengthen the logistic function within the F&A department of our Commercial company Bulgari SA based in Geneva, we are recruiting a talented:
**Inventory Coordinator**

Reporting to the Finance & Administration Senior Manager, your role is to support the Commercial activity of the stores and Business Partners by responding to their needs. You are in charge of recording all stock related entries in the company books, ensuring compliance with Group Guidelines and company processes and providing valuable analytics and reports on inventory and logistics operations.

Accountabilities
- Stores commercial activity support_

You act as a key user of the sales registration system and back-office activities. You follow up replenishment and specific stores’ requests related to stock as well as all stock movements between the stores, the departments, the Group companies and third parties. You train and assist Sales Back-Office coordinators and sales staff and liaise with logistics partners.
- Stock transactions’ recording in the books_

You code and book the invoices in the system and perform cost and interfaces controls between sales registration system and the books. You calculate and book provisions/estimates related to stock and inventory adjustments. You prepare and file all legal, fiscal and customs documentation linked to Import/Export flows.
- Compliance with Group guidelines_

You organise and supervise inventory counts according to company guidelines and specific calendars. You create and update local Inventory Control and Sales related procedures. You ensure compliance with Internal Control guidelines related to inventory and sales and monitor stock insurance limits.
- Analysis & reporting_

You perform stock quality analysis as well as stock/sales reconciliations between auxiliary systems and the books and prepare KPI and reports to Management and Corporate.

Profile

Holder of a university degree in Economics or equivalent studies, you have at least 2 years of logistic experience in the Swiss Market and knowledge of Import/Export and VAT rules.
As a team player, you are dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of your internal clients. Anticipation is one of your strengths and you are able to work well under pressure. You are a truthful person, able to develop others. Your excellent communication skills ensure effective relationships with your team, internal customers and third parties. You practice attentive and active listening and you have a pragmatic approach with excellent analytical skills and a problem solving mind-set. Furthermore, you are proactive and autonomous, know how to manage several projects in a simultaneous way and work in a timely manner, sometimes with incomplete information and under tight deadline.
Finally, you have excellent command of MS-office and very good knowledge of SAP (MM) and Excel. You are fluent in French and English; German is an asset. A previous experience in Retail is a great advantage.
