**About the job**:

- Act as a trusted strategic partner to Marketing & Sales Office: provide operational support, represent the leader across the organization, ensure smooth Internal Communication for the team
- Prepare documentation and marketing presentations for senior executives (internal and external audience)
- Expand the leaders’ Bandwidth and Resources
- Create and maintain cross-departmental relationships to enable leadership success
- Steer, co-develop and track high priority activities and projects to determine the highest effectiveness
- Strategically manage the leader’s time and be responsible for meeting & event preparation and follow up
- Project management: oversee projects and initiatives, bring together multiple stakeholders, take responsibility over researching, benchmarking, analyzing data, making recommendations, and creating systems and processes to streamline operations when required
- Support the leader to deploy annual strategic planning, analyze dashboards for reviewing key performance indicators
- Provide hiring and management support

**About you**
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

- University degree/ Education, preferably in Engineering, Business or Economics
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in a similar role within an international setting
- Well experienced in preparing speeches / documentation / presentations (e.g., annual reports, CEO reports) for senior executives
- Consulting background (at least 3 years of international experience as a consultant - ideally in a Big4)
- Very strong project management, analytical & problem-solving skills
- Lateral thinking and emotional intelligence
- Excellent English proficiency, presentation, and communication skills
- Team orientation, and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and prioritize projects
- Ability to act proactively and takes appropriate decisions quickly, flexibility
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Innovative and creative approach whenever possible and can-do attitude
