**Your mission**:

- You will own and drive the product strategy for your domain(s)
- You will address the most relevant needs of your domain’s user group
It is your responsibility to define what success looks like for your team and your domain
- You will work hand in hand with people from across the company
- With your personality you inspire and motivate the people around you
- It is part of your DNA to challenge the status quo and help the Lionstep product, processes and people to get a little better every day

**Your profile**:

- 3-5 years work experience in managing web products as a Product Owner or a Product Manager is crucial for this role
- Ideally, you have already built up a product from scratch during this time or have experience as a self-employed person
- You have a solid understanding of managing web products as a Product Owner or Product Manager
- You are experienced in agile software development methodologies
- Your way of working is characterised by a high degree of proactivity, pragmatism and solution orientation
- You know how to interact with different stakeholders, influence them positively and inspire them
- You are fluent in English and German, both oral and written
