Head of Operations Governance

As a global organization, Scor receives services from various third-parties (management and IT consultants, data and technology providers, BPOs, etc.). The Head of Operations Governance (OG) develops and implements a sound governance for Operations with the objective of:

- Managing and reducing operational risk, incl. third-party risk
- Optimising costs and avoiding overspend
- Monitoring third-party performance in line with agreed SLAs
- Ensuring compliance of Operations with internal policies and regulations

The Head of OG identifies critical third parties and ensures an end-to-end monitoring of the relationship. He/She acts as a business partner to the contract owner and provides expert advice along the lifecycle

Finally, the Head of OG participates in third-party reviews, risk assessments, and monitors actions originated by assurance functions or regulators.
- Oversee regulatory requirements and their impact on Operations
- Adopt and implement relevant governance frameworks (e.g., resilience, third-party, concentration risk)
- Train and support contract owners in the adoption of the frameworks (conducting due diligence, criticality assessment, risk management, etc.)
- Ensure sound governance of all critical suppliers across the entire lifecycle (sourcing, due dil., contracting, onboarding, monitoring, termination, renewal)
- For critical third-parties, support contract owners assessing third party financial viability and in developing exit strategies/termination plans
- Develop, implement and enforce procurement and third-party guidelines
- Collaborate with contract owners to implement the contractual SLAs
- Engage with assurance functions on any third-party related audit (internal or external) and monitors the implementation of the corresponding actions
- Participate in interactions with critical suppliers and regulators
- Proven track record in similar roles within a global financial institution
- Very good understanding of applicable regulations (SII, DORA), incl. third parties
- Excellent knowledge of third-party lifecycle management
- Expertise in operations governance and risk management
- Experience in contract negotiation and performance monitoring
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

**Required Education**:

- High education degree (e.g., Bachelor/Master) in Business Administration, Law, Engineering, etc.
