**Your role**
- Are you a people person? Do you know how to spread your enthusiasm about the markets to others?
- We're looking for someone like that to support the Active Advisors in their daily work such as:
- provide pro-active investment advice on multi-asset-class portfolios directly to sophisticated clients from BU Europe, matching the personal risk tolerance and investment preferences of each client
- monitor international financial markets and contact clients with regular market updates
- ensure a constant flow of opportunistic and tactical investment content and recommendations in-line with the UBS house view
- support clients in the implementation of appropriate investment products and strategies
- perform regular reviews of client preferences, systematic monitoring of client portfolios, execution of client trades and timely notifications of detected quality issues
- maintain up-to-date client documentation to ensure adherence to agreed investment mandate objectives (SAA/TAA), compliance requirements and trading procedures.
- liaise extensively with Relationship Managers, DH's and Capital Markets in connection with the bank's investment process

**Your team**
- You’ll be working in the A&S Active Advisory EUIN & GFIW Team. Active Advisory (AA) offers discerning and active clients specific investment ideas that correspond to their individual investment strategies which can be implemented in their portfolios. AA is set up especially for clients who want more active consulting and whose complex and sophisticated investment requirements (multi assets) demand a tailored approach. An Active Advisor, in close collaboration with all internal and external stakeholders (e.g. research, market information tools), works directly with clients and provides advice and guidance on investment products and services.
- You’ll be working in the Active Advisory EUI team in Zurich. We are a diverse team of 10 advisors and work with clients based in European locations, such as Germany, UK, Netherlands etc.

**Your expertise**
- You need have completed at least four semesters of your bachelor’s degree or have obtained your master's degree within the last 6 months.
- In particular, you have:
- good communication skills, be comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
- a flexible, open-minded and cooperative personality (you’re a people person)
- an interest in financial markets, numbers and investment products
- an interest in working in a fast-paced international environment as part of a team
- a structured work style, confident working autonomously
- the ability to stay on track, even when dealing with tight deadlines
- excellent German and English (written and oral)
- Start date: 03.04.2023
