**Ihre Hauptaufgaben**:

- Leitung der globalen Finanzabteilung einschliesslich Accounting, Reporting, Controlling und Vertragsmanagement
- Leitung des Finanzteams und der lokalen Finanzgeschäftspartner
- Entwicklung von Budgetierungs
- und Prognoseprozessen
- Steuerung der monatlichen Finanzberichterstattung
- Sicherstellung der Liquidität durch die Verwaltung eines gesunden Cashflows sowie der Zahlungseingänge
- Verantwortung für entscheidende Wachstumsprojekte wie Salesforce-Implementierung, Transfer Pricing, Vertragsmanagement, internationales Kontrollsystem
- Entwicklung und Leitung der Finanzverfahren und -richtlinien des Unternehmens
- Durchführung von Konsolidierungsprüfungen
- Verwaltung der Einhaltung lokaler und bundesstaatlicher Vorschriften durch das Unternehmen

**Ihr Profil**:

- Bachelor
- oder Master-Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, Finanzen/Buchhaltung oder vergleichbar
- Erste Führungserfahrung in einer Finanzfunktion in einem nationalen und/oder internationalen KMU
- Erfahrung in der Software/SaaS-Branche von Vorteil
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit CRM (Salesforce oder ähnliches)
- Kenntnisse in Transfer Pricing
- Erfahrung in der Unterstützung von Audits
- Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für rechtliche und vertragliche Angelegenheiten
- Datenorientierte und analytische Denkweise mit einem ausgeprägten Flair für Details
- Hands-On-Mentalität und selbständige Arbeitsweise
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations

- Fliessende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
