Als Junior Conversation Experience Designer/Computational Linguist bist du verantwortlich für die Gestaltung der Benutzererfahrung unserer Sprachbots und ermöglichst unseren Kund*innen eine natürliche und zeitgemässe Interaktion mit unseren Produkten und Services. Du validierst das Gesprächsdesign durch UX Research und Tests und arbeitest mit B2C-Stakeholdern und Bot-Entwickler*innen zusammen, um Ideen zu verbessern.
Du implementierst und testest die Flows mit Softwareentwickler*innen, um eine nahtlose Integration in unsere Konversationslösung sicherzustellen. Schliesslich analysierst du die Kundeninteraktionen anhand von Transkripten, Berichten und KPIs, um Optimierungsmöglichkeiten abzuleiten und die Funktionen in Zusammenarbeit mit POs und PMs zu verfeinern.

Bachelor-Abschluss (ETH/Uni/FH) oder eine äquivalente Ausbildung/Erfahrung
Sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch; Französisch und Italienisch von Vorteil
Erste Erfahrung in (konversationellem) User Experience Design mit möglicher Hintergrund in Interaction Design und Copywriting/Digitale Kommunikation
Basiskenntnisse in einer Programmiersprache oder Coding-Fähigkeiten von Vorteil
