Das Gstaad Palace mit 90 Zimmer und Suiten, 5 Restaurants, 2 Bars und einem legendären Nachtclub ist ein international bekanntes 5-Sterne-Superior Luxushotel. Es ist im Besitz der Familie Scherz und eines der letzten traditionell familiengeführten Grand Hotels - ein Wahrzeichen der Schweiz.

Wir suchen ab **Juni 2023 **oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n

**Guest Relations Agent**

im unbefristeten Anstellungsverhältnis
- Gästebedürfnisse erfragen und herausspüren
- Betreuung unserer Gäste
- Persönliche Begrüssung und Verabschiedung der Gäste
- Tischreservationen der Gäste entgegennehmen und unterstützen der Maîtres d‘Hotel bei der Platzierung
- Betreuung der Gäste-Karteien
- Vertretung des Guest Relations Manager in deren Abwesenheit
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Hotellerie
- Sie sind Kommunikations
- und Begeisterungsfähig und haben ein gutes Allgemeinwissen
- Sie sind eine sehr teamorientierte Persönlichkeit die Diskretion und Flexibilität auslebt, sich seiner Verantwortung bewusst ist und vernetzt denken kann
- Zudem ist für unsere Gäste eine gute Menschenkenntnis von hoher Bedeutung
- Sie bringen gute Deutsch-, Französisch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift mit
- Sie sind umsichtig und belastbar
