**What you’ll achieve**
As a Graduate Service Account Manager, you will be responsible for working with customers at multiple levels to identify and align strategic business and technology goals, to discover their challenges and identify current and future needs. You will be an integral part of the account team with our customers, to reduce effort and avoid unplanned outages by providing proactive preventative guidance using Dell Technologies’ tools and services
- ** You will**:

- Act as a single point of contact for support requirements in relation to your assigned customers’ IT environment with the aim to maximize the value of the customer’s investment in Dell Technologies throughout the end-to-end product lifecycle.
- Guide service delivery, develop creative solutions to customer challenges and ensures customer awareness of support entitlements
- Consult with customers on datacenter, cloud and end-user technologies and help them to adopt tools and services to be more productive and reduce downtime.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement activities in support of your customers and Dell Technologies business processes.
- Closely collaborate with account team members and other Dell Technologies colleagues to grow our business

Essential Requirements
- Fluent in German, French and English
- Interest in delivering successful complex IT services across multiple sectors
- Ability/willingness to work in a fast-paced matrix organization working with diverse teams through multiple programs to completion
- Ability to effectively influence, engage and build relationships with technical and non-technical people
- Ability/willingness to manage a dynamic workload of complex priorities and deliverables while proactively communicating expectations, fluency in English is required
- Data driven, analytical way of working and problem-solving skills and a passion to learn and master new concepts quickly and independently
