**What your responsibilities will entail**
- Helping with product seedings (packing, writing cards, printing labels etc.) + Order products and all kind of materials + coordination for print collaterals (with graphic agency)
- Proof reading / helping with press releases / requests from retailer press for visuals and product assets
- Influencers : Scouting them, sort database (masterlist), Prepare / design Invitations for virtual events
- Uploading Images / press releases to media server
- Earned media newsletter (collect clippings & fill-in template) + global corporate newsletter
- Monitor and recap influencer and press coverage
- Prepare project reviews including KPI’s
- Event coordination (dealing with suppliers, etc)

**Qualifications** What you will contribute**

***
- A successfully completed bachelor's/master’s degree in business management/administration, marketing or equivalent in a related field
- Working experience in an e-commerce or digital marketing environment preferred but not needed, ideally for a luxury and/or cosmetics brand
- Hands-on, digitally native, who likes navigating on social channels and at the same time sensitivity to press / influencers (the ‘PR diplomacy’)
- Well-organized and structured mind
- Team-Player with an international mindset and collaborative approach
- The ability to think creatively and work independently with a willingness to

take initiative
