**The Role**

In this role you will be supporting staff through the employee lifecycle in a way that creates a positive and developing experience and for prospective, new and existing employees.

**Main areas of responsibility**
- Recruitment administration and handling of the recruitment system
- Interviews, group interviews and assessment days
- Represent the company at external career fairs
- Execution and follow up of staff trainings and development
- Initiation and execution of social staff events, corporate events and workshops
- Monitor, measure, evaluate, improve and innovate ways to increase staff engagement
- Tracking and analysis of staff data
- Manage and improve the People Team’s communication, intranet pages and branding
- Contribute to and coordinate the content of larger Tour Director meetings

**Desired experience and qualifications**
- Excellent communicator with antennae and an emphatic approach
- Great networker with excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent organization and executing skills
- Creative with a passion for people and employee growth
- Comfortable with public speaking
- Analytical mindset with good ability to organize and structure data
- independent and can take own initiatives
- High professional command of English, written and spoken
- Working proficiency in German, Italian, Spanish, Greek or French is an advantage.
