**Job Overview**:
Reporting to the Global BBU Immunology Marketing Lead, and working within a matrix environment, this individual must be adept at multi-tasking and possess an entrepreneurial spirit as they will lead several projects and closely collaborate on multiple biosimilars brands with key cross functional partners (Medical, Market Access and Operations) and country affiliates - superb cross-functional collaboration and results orientation is required. This individual will utilize their industry experience to make sound business decisions and provide the needed recommendations to key stakeholders throughout the organization to achieve overall business goals

**Principal accountabilities**:
1. Brand Marketing Strategy and Brand Team Leadership.
Responsible for the creation and execution of global brand strategy, leading the cross-functional global brand team to generate integrated plans that propel BIIB800 in all current and future markets ahead of relentless competition

2. Marketing Execution:
Responsible for the creation, oversight and accountability for all cross-functional regional-led activities brand tactics, messages and materials. This includes but is not limited to multiple agency management to ensure strongly differentiated and highly impactful brand materials are developed, reapplied deployed across active markets [US, EU, BIR]

3. Build a pipeline of relevant innovation which reflects deep customer and market understanding for the brand reflecting changing needs of key customers (including LCM, claims, packaging improvements).

4. Develop, track and be responsible for key performance metrics for specific tactics

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum education and experience requirements**:

- Bachelor or Master’s degree in science or marketing
- MBA preferred
- 10+ years of healthcare marketing and commercial experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
- Proven record of in-line Healthcare marketing success in heavily competitive segments; biologics experience is preferred but not required
- Strong digital/multichannel marketing experience
- Strategic acumen, creative problem solving and mental agility
- Demonstrated success in negotiating with leadership functions (Biosimilars Leadership Team)
- Inclusive approach, superior relationship building and cross-functional teamwork skills
- Strong planning and organization skills
- Excellent communication/coordination/interpersonal skills.
- Exhibits outstanding written and oral communication skills, including the ability to effectively write and deliver presentations to professionals at all levels within BIIB and amongst our customer base.
- Previous Sales experience is preferred but not required
