Business Transformation Team Member

**Summary**:
The Business Transformation Team Member will be part of a Transformation team and will report directly to the Business Transformation Team Leader. This role will work with all functions within MRO & MDB to help them become procedurally focused and lean the operations to promote better quality, increase net profit and decrease confusion within the function.
**TYPICAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
The Business Transformation Team Leader will be a key member of the transformation team, working closely with Customer Service, Order Processing, Returns, Quotes and MDB to
- Develop process maps for all processes in each function.
- Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for all processes.
- Identify areas of improvement through automation and reduction of steps.
- Develop and implement a control plan for any improvements or new process implementations.
- Develop a database for all implemented procedures & process maps.
- Implement Standard Methods Improvement (SMI) Program.
- Determine the feasibility and possible cost savings of all SMIs.
- Facilitate the implementation of each SMI.
- Develop a database for all SMIs (Implemented, In Process, Under Review, Not Feasible).
- Develop and implement a control plan for any improvements or new process implementations.
- Report on progress of each item listed above.
This is a role that will build relationships and work very closely with all stakeholders from all departments listed above.

**Essential Functions**:
- Must be able to work well under pressure and have a strong understanding of the business process management and demonstrated achievements.
- Must possess good communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
- Must possess good organizational and time management skills for managing multiple, diverse and conflicting activities and project teams.
- Development experience with Django, Slack, Eclipse and NetSuite a plus.
- Proven ability to drive decisions and actions among diverse groups to achieve goals, including conflict resolution.
- Experience in assessing, developing, and reengineering business processes.
- Ability to establish controls systems and measures for process improvement
- Desire to establish workforce optimization.
- Strong quantitative, analytical and benchmarking skills required
- Experience working with process mapping, process modeling and simulation tools
- Experience in or willingness to learn about assessing, design/redesigning, developing, testing, deploying and supporting solutions or other service technologies is desirable.
- Desire to learn Financial Analyses, ROI/Business cases and Value analyses
- Ability to manage and control projects.
- Demonstrated ability in coordinating multiple projects of varying complexities and scope.
- Demonstrated success in effective written & verbal communications, negotiation and positioning of projects and business requirements under a variety of highly visible conditions.
- Proven leadership skill to implement strategic initiatives in an organization is desired.
- Ability to work with all levels of a multidimensional organization as a change agent.

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to adhere to deadlines with reliability and accuracy while being a master at prioritization.
- Proven ability to collaborate, lead, facilitate, and communicate with individuals across a broad range of education, experience, and functional spectrums.
- Ability to be a systemic and creative problem solver.
- Ability to handle quick decision-making and influence others.
- Proactive, positive, curious, and self-motivated.
- Pragmatism.
- Must be able to travel when needed, passport/ability to obtain a passport required.
**Language Skills**
Ability to respond to common inquires or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to write Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that are easy to follow.

Pay: CHF1,780.00 per month
