**Was macht diese Position aus?**:
Wir wissen, dass erfolgreiches Datenmanagement mehr als nur ein Tool ist. Daher begleitet unser Business Consulting Team unsere Kunden auf Ihrer Data Journey - von einem initialen Reifegrad-Assessment über die Entwicklung einer Datenstrategie, der Erstellung von Data & Analytics Governance
- und Datenqualitätskonzepten bis hin zu deren Implementierung. Die in den Projekten verwendeten Methoden und Modelle basieren auf den neuesten Erkenntnissen aus unserem Forschungsnetzwerk, dem Competence Center Corporate Data Quality (CC CDQ).

**Diese Aufgaben bieten wir an**:

- Du führst und steuerst das Business Consulting mit einer Teamgröße von 10 Kollegen (interne & externe) in allen strategischen und operativen Belangen
- Du verantwortest das Wachstum des Consultingbereichs sowie Budget und Zielerreichung und bist in enger Abstimmung mit anderen kundenorientierten CDQ-Teams
- Du forderst und förderst die Teammitglieder und begleitest ihre berufliche Weiterentwicklung
- Du akquirierst Projektkunden und verteilst diese anschließend kompetenzbasiert im Team
- Du leitest ausgewählte Großkundenprojekte
- Du begleitest Projektpartner als «Trusted Advisor» in ihrer datengetriebenen Transformation
- Du bist Sparringspartner für Deine Teammitglieder bei Detailfragen aus ihren Projekten, aber auch der erste Ansprechpartner für Kollegen aus anderen CDQ-Teams, wenn es darum geht Synergien, zu schaffen

**So begeisterst Du uns**:

- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium (z.B. in der Fachrichtung Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik)
- Du hast mindestens 10 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung im IT Consulting einer Unternehmens-, Management
- oder Technologieberatung sowie mindestens 7 Jahre Führungserfahrung davon 5 Jahre mit disziplinarischer Personalverantwortung
- Du verfügst über eine ausgeprägte Führungskompetenz, klare Zielorientierung und zugleich Empathie und Wertschätzung gegenüber den Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern
- Routine in der Planung und Realisierung von komplexen IT-Beratungsaufträgen sowie im Stakeholder-Management sind für Dich daily Business
- Du arbeitest gern an der Schnittstelle zwischen Business und IT und verfügst über Wissen im Datenmanagement
- Du verfügst über ein Gespür für Kundenbedarf und -nutzen und die Fähigkeit, vertrauensvolle Beziehungen aufzubauen und zu pflegen
- Du bringst eine hohe Motivation mit und kannst selbstständig und strukturiert arbeiten
- Du verfügst über exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten (Deutsch und Englisch)
- Du schätzt die Vorteile einer dezentralen Organisation, in der alle Mitarbeiter mit hoher Flexibilität im Homeoffice arbeiten. Deine Aufgaben wirst Du zu mind. 60% im Homeoffice, den Rest beim Kunden ausüben
