**VirtualResource (VR)** is a boutique consultancy supporting companies with HR Transformation and optimisation of their HR operating model, processes, and systems. We strive to be the go-to company that partners with businesses to optimise their HR Delivery and HR technology landscape.

**What is the role about?**

We are looking for an HR professional who has experience of HR Operating model transformation delivery and transition management to support a global HR transformation programme. This will be a contract role for an initial period of 6 months.

As an HR Transformation/Transition Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving organisational change and optimising HR processes for our clients. Leveraging your understanding of HR principles, project management expertise, and change management skills, you will support the Programme Transition Leads to manage and deliver the transition of the HR operating model and changes to processes and systems across multiple countries globally.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Partner with the global delivery teams (Technology, Change, Process, OD) to provide briefings and engagements to the markets regarding the transition of people, process and technology. This will include system implementation activities such as providing content for Workday, review/input into process and help documentation, identifying resources for testing and service rehearsal, cutover activities
- Provide a forum to support markets to raise risks and issues to the Transition Workstream
- Co-ordinate and manage knowledge capture and knowledge transfer activities both within country and in the HR Operations regional hubs and country spokes.
- Partner with local markets in the following:

- Identify additional local change impacts.
- Provision of local Subject Matter Experts to support global/local project activity.
- Local SOP/Work Instruction/knowledge articles
- UAT and Service rehearsal participation
- Changes to local P&C intranet content
- Local policy review/updates
- Knowledge capture & knowledge transfer
- Transition/cutover readiness - tracking in the Business Readiness Tool
- Movement of work to new teams/roles within market
- Local cluster ownership of Change Network
- Local training co-ordination/delivery

As a VR consultant, you will have the flexibility to manage your own day, as long as you meet your set objectives and client demands. The project teams are often a mix of on-site and remote based members who will connect using IM and video calls. There will also be a requirement to attend face to face meetings at the client’s UK and European offices from time to time.

**What skills are we looking for?**

Our roles are remotely based (even pre-Covid), meaning you will be working from your home office, connecting with your client and team daily.

To be successful in this type of environment, you will need to have the ability to communicate effectively (in English) with cross-functional teams across multiple countries globally, explain complex concepts in easy, understandable terms, and manage senior HR stakeholders. You will need to be comfortable with video calls and be proactive in keeping communication channels open with your client and team.

**Must have Experience & Skills Required**
- HR Manager/Specialist/BP ideally with experience of HR operating model transformation delivery
- Experience of HR transition management
- Significant experience of senior stakeholder management
- Project management skills - plan creation, tracking, risk & issue management
- Workday / ServiceNow knowledge or experience
- Attention to detail and the ability to see the big picture, pragmatic problem solver.
- Excellent planning, interpersonal and time management skills with a track record of HR delivery excellence Fluent in English (writing, reading, and speaking)

**Other **Qualifications/Skills that will be beneficial but not mandatory.**
- French or other European languages (writing, reading, and speaking)
- College or University Degree in HR or Information Systems
- Knowledge of HR processes and ways of working
- As this is a _remote role_, you can be _based anywhere in the UK/ Europe_, so long as you are authorised to work in Europe without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future._
