**Stage**
Notre stage de 6 mois est une occasion idéale d’acquérir de l’expérience professionnelle dont vous aurez besoin pour lancer votre carrière.
- Dès le début du programme, vous serez au cœur même de la profession et participerez aux opérations quotidiennes. Vous n’apprendrez pas uniquement toutes les ficelles du métier de Business Manager, mais ferez également l’expérience de notre culture de travail unique en son genre.

**Notre équipe**
- Rattaché à la direction régionale, nous avons dans le cadre de notre activité de fréquentes interactions avec l’ensemble du management régional.
- Notre équipe rassemble des compétences variées et complémentaires nécessaires à la gestion de projets divers.
- Au cœur des différents métiers de la banque, vous pourrez découvrir de nombreux domaines.

**Ce que nous souhaitons**
- Vous devez avoir terminé au minimum quatre semestres de bachelor ou avoir obtenu un master dans les 6 derniers mois au maximum.
- Vous avez notamment:
- de bonnes compétences en communication et un sens de l’interaction avec les collègues à tous niveaux
- une personnalité ouverte, flexible et coopérative (vous aimez travailler avec les autres)
- une façon de travailler structurée, confiante et autonome
- vous parlez couramment français et anglais. Des bonnes connaissances de l'allemand sont un plus

Cependant, nous souhaiterions également avoir la preuve que vous pouvez:
- analyser les problèmes, vous faire un avis sur une question et arriver à une décision ;
- planifier, organiser et communiquer de manière adéquate ;
- travailler en équipe ;
- apporter de nouvelles idées.

Vous avez peut-être organisé une collecte de fonds ou participé à des sports d’équipe ? Ou avez-vous persévéré et réussi un examen dans un domaine que vous trouviez difficile ? En quoi les choses que vous avez accomplies correspondent-elles aux compétences que nous recherchons ?
