**Qu'est-ce que vous ferez au Hilton de Geneve ?**
En tant que Groups Meetings & Events Coordinator, vous aurez pour mission:

- Recevoir les demandes des groupes et organiser les evenements.
- Rediger les contrats pour les groupes et les evenements.
- Inserer la liste des chambres dans le systeme, mettre a jour les instructions de paiement et saisir les informations importantes concernant le groupe.
- Negocier les budgets avec les clients.
- Elaborer des bons de travail pour les evenements dans le systeme avec toutes les informations pertinentes.
- Organiser toutes les informations pertinentes pour le groupe (nombre de personnes, categorie, prix, mode de paiement, contact avec l'entreprise, notes speciales, etc).
- Interagir en permanence avec les gestionnaires de comptes, les coordinateurs des ventes, les services de reservation, la reception.
- Coordonner l'organisation des evenements en suivant les details des dossiers (rooming liste, lien avec departement F&B;).
- Participer aux activites promotionnelles de l'hotel et faire le lien avec les Sales Manager sur les prochaines activites de l'hotel.
- Veiller a ce que toutes les demandes des clients soient traitees avec efficacite et souplesse.

- Diplome en gestion hoteliere, ventes ou evenements avec au moins un premier stage dans l'organisation de groupes, de conferences et d'evenements dans l'industrie hoteliere.
- Maitrise de l'anglais et du francais, une experience internationale est un atout.
- Solides competences en matiere d'organisation, de planification et d'administration.
- Attitude positive et excellentes aptitudes a la communication.
- Engagement a fournir un niveau eleve de service a la clientele.
- Competences en matiere de negociation et d'influence.
- Rigueur, respect des details et des deadlines.
- Haut niveau de competences informatiques : Excel, Powerpoint et Word.
