HILL CLIMB CATEGORY MANAGER

**HILL CLIMB CATEGORY MANAGER (Geneva - Switzerland)**:
The Hill Climb Category Manager will be responsible for the administrative management of the Hill Climb Commission (HCC), the European Hill Climb Championship and associated working groups.

**MISSIONS AND RESPONSABILITIES**:

- Administrative management of the HCC and associated Sporting Working Groups:

- Planning and preparing the meetings, validating the list of participants with the HCC President and the Head of Department.
- Attending the meetings (Commission, Committee, working groups, incl. TWG).

Administrative and regulatory monitoring of the European Hillclimb and IHC Championships:

- Drawing up administrative documents together with the legal, marketing, circuit/safety and technical departments
- Responsible for the global coordination of the FIA officials before, during and after each Competition
- Coordinating relations between the competitors and the FIA officials and ensuring that a proper follow-up is planned and implemented.
- Drawing up sporting regulations in accordance with the decisions validated by the WMSC and following up any resulting modifications.

Budget management:

- Draw up, propose and follow up the HC Commission/Department.

General:

- Cooperate closely with other FIA departments in terms of logistic support services, technical/safety matters and administrative support services.

**PROFILE**:

- University or business school in Sport or equivalent
- Knowledge of and interest in motorsport activities and championships;
- Experience and good knowledge of motor sport, sporting and technical regulations
- Experience in administrative management
- Good organisational and multitasking skills;
- Ability to work in a team and in conjunction with other departments.
- Excellent English skills (additional proficiency in another European language is advantageous).
