Product Owner (f/h/d)

En tant que Product Owner, vous faites partie d'une équipe interdisciplinaire qui soutient la Mobilière dans son développement sur le marché de la Prévoyance à travers des projets ambitieux et des méthodes agiles.

Ce que vous pouvez réaliser chez nous

A ce poste, vous travaillez étroitement avec le Product Manager afin de développer la vision produit et définir le feature backlog en accord avec les business values et la capacité de l'équipe.

Vous définissez les objectifs et les risques du Program Increment avec l'équipe et assurez le suivi et l'atteinte des objectifs de sprint.

De plus, vous garantissez le processus de releasing et participez aux cérémonies avec les équipes telles que les daily, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint review et system demo.

Ce que vous apportez
- Formation universitaire en économie d’entreprise, en informatique de gestion ou équivalente
- Expérience en tant que Product Owner avec de bonnes connaissances de la méthodologie Agile
- Attrait pour les nouvelles technologies et les activités au sein d’équipes interdisciplinaires
- Force de proposition et orientation solution dans l’élaboration de concepts métiers
- Esprit d'analyse développé, capacités de réflexion méthodiques et orienté vers des solutions innovantes
- Maîtrise courante du français et/ou de l’allemand avec d'excellentes compétences en anglais

Le service Processus et Transformation Prévoyance Privée est chargé de la conduite et de la mise en œuvre de projets de la Prévoyance. Il est composé d’équipes dynamiques, hétéroclites de business analystes et de chefs de projets travaillant ensemble dans une ambiance collégiale.
