**What your role is**

We are looking for marketing talent to join our Regional Business Unit (RBU) as an Assistant Brand Manager (ABM) to assist the team in executing innovation, renovation, and commercialization of projects with excellence for one or more brands across the region. You will monitor the external environment for trends and inspiration, participate in the Annual Marketing Plan development, and work collaboratively with the regional and local teams to ensure the relevant and successful implementation of the brand development projects with the goal of maximizing the long-term equity and profitability of the Brand.

**Participate** in key strategic and business transformation initiates that will unlock sustainable and profitable growth.

**Implement** HMM (Holistic Margin Management) and business transformation plans for Nature Valley & Fibre One in order to deliver Annual Marketing Plan

**Contribute** to the mid and long-term brand development strategy.

**Work** in partnership with the Cross-functional Brand Development Team, and market teams to deliver the Long-range Plans - turnover, margin expansion and marketing margin.

**Oversee** own projects and make expenditure and procurement decisions appropriate to maximize business results/ ROI.

**Manage** the monthly product management communication cycle, coordinating and chairing the monthly meetings with Markets and Regional stakeholders.

**What you will bring to the team**
- Your passion for leading the organization to accelerate our success and your career with your experience and knowledge of Consumer Marketing.
- University degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Strong leadership skills in stakeholder management and strategic influencing across the organization, across boundaries, cultures, and languages.
- Excellent communication, influencing, analytical, P&L/budget management, commercial in orientation, and able motivated to increase profit.
- Agility, can work with ambiguity, think intuitively about consumers, and offer innovative solutions, be resilient to the changing market-place dynamics.
- Proven track record in project management with a strategic mindset on how to develop and optimize consumer propositions.
- P&L understanding
- 2-4 years of leading Consumer Marketing at a local regional or global level within the FMCG or other related industry in a Development/Activation marketing team structure
