For our client a Swiss private bank, we are looking for an Administrative Assistant to take care of their clients/guests by anticipating their needs and making the best customer experience.

Tasks
- Greet and take care of customers and guests
- Organize clients meetings: rooms reservation, serving drinks, cleaning-up
- Set up video conferences
- Answer and forward incoming calls
- Manage cash transactions
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail
- Enter invoices using the internal IT tool
- Provide general secretarial tasks
- Organize travel, hotels and restaurants for Relationship manager and local Management
- Ensure relationship with suppliers
- Manage the access control and badges
- Backfill colleagues Assistant Relationship Manager as needed
- Support local Management team on administrative tasks and projects
- Organize meetings, coordinate agendas and prepare meeting minutes
- Collaborate with Facility Management and Security Management in Geneva
- Support Facility Management and local Management on logístical matters

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years experience in handling visitors and clients at front desk or in a supportive function
- Strong client and service orientation with high social competencies
- Pleasant confident appearance, positive charisma, professional and discreet behavior
- Team player, entrepreneurial approach and integrity
- Flexible and resourceful, keen to learn new things
- Stress-resistant and multi-task capacity
- Punctuality and attention to details
- Able to work independently and proactively
- Good communication and time management skills
- Problem-solver and helpful
- German fluent, good English, French an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Basic knowledge of SAP is a plus
