**Folgende Aufgaben können wir Ihnen anbieten**
Die Abteilung Spare Parts & Master Data trägt die Verantwortung für das Erstellen und Pflegen von SAP-Strukturen sowie für umfangreiche Ersatzteilangebote (SPIR) während der Neubauanlagen-Abwicklung. Die sogenannten Teilprojektleiter (TPL) PrimeServ legen mit diesen Strukturen und SPIRs die Grundlage für ein reibungslos funktionierendes After-Sales
- und Ersatzteil-Geschäft.
- In diesem Bereich suchen wir einen Professional Lead im agilen Führungskontext für die Gruppe Master Data - Neuanlagen mit folgendem Aufgabenbereich (ca. 50% Pensum):

- **Beratung und Unterstützung**:Kompetente Beratung und tatkräftige Unterstützung der TPL PrimeServ
- **Team-Entwicklung**: Entwicklung und Begleitung des Teams in New Work (rollenbasiertes, agiles Arbeiten, Selbstorganisation)
- **Bid Support**: Teilnahme an Meilenstein-Meetings von Neubau-Sales, Kommentieren von Spezifikationen, Erstellen von Stunden-Budgets
- **Kapazitätsplanung**: Kapazitätsplanung und Sicherstellung des operativen Outputs
- **Prozessverbesserung**: Verbesserungen und Weiterentwicklung der SPIR-Abwicklung zusammen mit Lieferanten und internen Schnittstellen
- Parallel zur Rolle des Professional Lead wird auch eine operative Mitarbeit als TPL PrimeServ (bis zu 50% Pensum) erwartet:

- **SAP-Strukturpflege**: Pflege der Technischen-Platz-Struktur in SAP, z. B. Equipments, Stücklisten
- **Material-Stammdatenpflege**: Pflege der technischen und kaufmännischen Material-Stammdaten (Ersatzteile) in SAP
- **Ersatzteilangebote**: Erstellen von Ersatzteilangeboten gemäss Kundenspezifikation
- **Zusammenarbeit**: Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen internen und externen Fachstellen, z.B. Projektleitung, Einkauf, Engineering, Lieferanten, Kunden

- **SAP-Kenntnisse**: Sehr gute SAP-Kenntnisse (Equipmentstruktur, MM-Modul, SD-Modul, etc.)
- **Technische Ausbildung**: Höhere technische Ausbildung (Techniker HF / Ingenieur FH, Bachelor)
- **Agile Führung**: Kenntnisse über agile Führung und Projektführung (mutig agieren, reflektives Lernen und Weiterentwicklung)
- **Veränderungsbereitschaft**: Offenheit und Mindset für Veränderungen, persönliche Weiterentwicklung und neue Themen proaktiv zu treiben
- **Sprachkenntnisse**: Fliessende Deutsch
- und Englisch-Kenntnisse
- **Erfahrung im Ersatzteilmanagement**: Praktische Erfahrung im Bereich Ersatzteilmanagement und After-Sales-Service von grossem Vorteil
- **Projektmanagement-Fähigkeiten**: Nachgewiesene Fähigkeiten im Projektmanagement und in der Koordination von interdisziplinären Teams
- **Kommunikationsstärke**: Hervorragende Kommunikations
- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten, um effektiv mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern zu interagieren
- **Problemlösungsfähigkeiten**: Ausgeprägte analytische und problemlösende Fähigkeiten zur Identifizierung und Implementierung von Verbesserungen
- **Teamfähigkeit**: Starke Teamfähigkeit und Erfahrung in der Arbeit in einem dynamischen, agilen Umfeld
