Global Brand Development Manager

In the position as Global Brand Manager, you have ownership of your projects on specific promotions and animations: the Brand Rituals, Brand Gifts, sampling and all Brand Collaterals. Your key responsibilities are to manage and drive all the previously listed assets and to develop the Global Brand Moments designing full 360 Go-To-Market action plans and tracking results. The working language is English.
**Your Responsibilities**
Manage and drive luxury retail tools and key brand moments (Christmas, Valentine, Mother’s Day ) related assets (cf. coffrets) development
- Follow and pro-actively analyse market and consumer trends and identify new consumer insights.
- Gather “stand out” examples, best practices activities, retail entertainment on recent launches from competition or inspiration from the luxury industry.
- Identify, create and develop new innovative promotion concepts and campaigns liaising with the regions.
- Design all briefs to inspire all stakeholders involved in the project: internal (creative, packaging, visual merchandising, education) and external (suppliers, agency).
- Lead and drive the development process of all gifting assets, fully respecting the timings, level of quality, excellence and luxury.
- Provide support in defining and building the 3-year strategy for promotions.
- Shape the brand yearly animation calendar.
Design full 360 Go-To-Market action plans for Brand Moment campaigns and new Brand Gifting strategy:
- Propose innovative, infuse creativity and impactful big ideas and 360° launch plans
- Inspire, guide and motivate the 360 team (creative, communication/PR, education, digital, CRM, visual merchandising) along the full 360 process
- Ensure impact and consistency of the action plans to elevate client experience at every touch points
- Develop and design outstanding marketing books and asset lists together with the 360 team, in order to motivate and inspire the regions and markets
- Communicate with the regions on their feedback, needs and requirements
- Develop all support tools/ assets accompanying the launch, with the global marketing departments
- Lead launch implementation
Luxury Execution and results tracking
- Be the guardian of the brand Luxury Execution in store
- Follow the results of the 360 action plans and provide a full post mortem analysis
- Monthly panel data analysis
- Closely follow and master panel data, competitors portfolio and recent launches
Assortment/SKU management
- Manage and update the assortment list of saleable, samples, testers and SPA products and follows up with Regions and Supply Chain discontinuations and phase in/phase out.
- Supports the communication of the updates to the Regions on critical product changes.
Build global expertise
- Gather insights and business knowledge of the 4 main regions and the luxury consumer
Brand language:
- Define and ensure a smooth process for worldwide translations.
**Your Profile**
- A minimum of 5 years working experience in global development of coffrets/kits, animation tools and assets, preferably in the luxury industry (from competition or suppliers)
- Knowledge of the Luxury trends and consumers, markets
- Creative, innovative person, solution oriented
- With a great sense of leadership, entrepreneurship and business
- Attentive to details
- Good storytelling skills with ability to conceptualize
- Diplomatic person with great organizational skills with a high sense of delivery
- Ability to manage multiple projects with cross-functional teams in a multicultural environment
- Well structured, good analytical skills
- Communicative personality, with power of conviction
- A great team player
- Fluent in English, spoken and in writing
