Global CRM Junior Manager

In this role you will ensure Global CRM programs and campaigns are rolled-out and correctly executed by the markets across CRM systems.
You will provide support and training to regions and markets in regard to campaign management systems.
You will support Global CRM Manager on projects related to new CRM initiatives and tools.
You will collect feedbacks and local needs related to the design of client journeys and campaigns across channels and tools.
**How you will create a beautiful impact**:
**Campaign management**
- Support Global CRM Manager in developing yearly Global campaign plan in line with Marketing Calendar
- Generate the Global CRM campaigns within SF and upload target files, according to each market needs on timing and channels of communication, inform markets on campaigns status
- Detail CRM activations related to innovation launches for the release of the marketing books and launch packs
- Support CRM Managers in cascading locally the global campaigns and programs
- Collect regions and markets local campaign needs and support them in the execution
- Draw detailed guidelines for the CRM programs and campaigns in collaboration with Education
**CRM assets**
- Liaise with Brand and Client Experience teams on CRM gift development
**Clienteling systems and tools**
- Be the local point of reference for campaign management functions in SF; collect feedbacks and insights from local users
- Monitor client path execution within POS tools and identify improvement needs
- Follow-up the development of CRM performance analysis tools (reports, dashboard) built in collaboration with data and IT teams to track CRM activities and measure performance
- Support Education in crafting training material related to clienteling features of POS
**What you need to have to be our next audacious and creative talent**:
Essential:
- Degree holder major in Business, Marketing, or related discipline
- Prior CRM experience within a retail environment
- Analytical, data-driven with strong business acumen
- Demonstrate a proactive mindset and strong communication skills
- Capacity to evolve in a highly complex environment
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize and work on multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Fluent in English
- Fully proficient with Excel and PowerPoint
Desirable:
- Prior hands-on experience with Salesforce
- Passionate about luxury retail and high sensitivity to client behaviors
- Experience in luxury skincare
