As a direct report to and Business Partner of the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), you will closely collaborate and interact with the Global Marketing Leadership Team, the regional Finance functions and the CFO. You will be responsible to provide financial business insight and create financial transparency of marketing activities to strategically develop the global La Prairie brand, business and market share. Member of a diverse and multi-cultural Global Marketing team, you are supported by a Global Marketing Controller.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Provide transparency on group-wide marketing budget spend and actively manage various projects to improve marketing efficiency initiatives
- Design and prepare marketing budget guidelines to ensure the right strategic investments in regions
- Measure and follow key brand and marketing strategy indicators
- Drive Global Marketing department budget and forecasting activities
- Lead and continuously evolve reporting and planning activities of the collection and product performance, including associated tools and dashboards
- Lead innovation controlling, delivering key insights on sales potential and margin from the ideation phase to the post launch performance
- Support and challenge long-term assortment decisions with financial tools, evaluating impact on sales and margin
- Manage and actively participate in various key projects and initiatives within and outside of Global Marketing
- Be the guardian of compliance and standard processes in Global Marketing department
- Shape the Global Marketing budget structure and the strategic product pricing hierarchy
- Lead and develop the small marketing controlling team

**Your Profile**
- 10+ years of professional experience, particularly in **Marketing Controlling**:

- Knowledge of marketing activities in** luxury **segment is a plus
- Ability to lead, manage and mentor your team
- Strong communication skills outside of financial world and fluent in English
- Self-starter mentality and strong team player with high level of social competence
- Success and result oriented personality
