Dans ce cadre, nous recrutons un **Product Owner Technique **pour renforcer nos équipes à Lausanne chez un assureur et intervenir sur des projets cloud.

**CONTEXTE**

Dans ce sens, nous recherchons un **Technical Product Owner **possédant une expérience marquée dans des projets **Cloud**. A ce poste, vous jouerez un rôle central entre les équipes non-fonctionnelles (i.e. réseau, devops, serveurs, sécurité,) et les équipes projets (i.e. développeurs, product owner, architectes solution).

**RESPONSABILITES**
- Identifier les attentes de plusieurs projets « fonctionnels » afin de les traduire en besoins « non-fonctionnels »
- Aider à élaborer une vision long terme
- Créer une roadmap pour le prochain trimestre
- Découpage de la roadmap en plusieurs itérations mensuels et création des user stories associées
- Comprendre les priorités de l’entreprise et prioriser les user stories en conséquence
- Communiquer les décisions de priorisation aux parties prenantes
- S’assurer que la qualité des livrables de chaque itération est en adéquation avec les attentes des projets

**Profil**:

- Titulaire d'un diplôme supérieur en informatique de gestion ou d'un titre jugé équivalent, vous avez au moins 5 ans d'expérience.
- Avoir la capacité à comprendre les métiers non-fonctionnels tq. Network, Serveurs, DevOps, Sécurité, etc
- Avoir la capacité à comprendre les attentes des projets (i.e. développeurs, architectes solution, product owner)
- Fixer les priorités et les assumer
- Avoir la capacité à se projeter tout en sachant découper le travail,
- Faciliter/organiser les séances de coordination
- Capacité à synthétiser les problèmes et proposer des solutions à l'aide des moyens de présentation
