Nous ouvrons un poste de Technical Product Owner (Cloud) afin de renforcer l'équipe de notre client basé à Lausanne.

**Responsabilités du poste**:

- Identifier et structurer les attentes de plusieurs projets « fonctionnels » afin de les traduire en besoins « non-fonctionnels »
- Contribution à la définition d’une roadmap et d’une vision pour le prochain trimestre en adéquation avec l’ensemble des équipes projets et techniques
- Découpage de la roadmap en plusieurs itérations mensuels alignées avec les dépendances des projets
- Soutien dans l’élaboration des user stories non-fonctionnelles associées aux itérations
- Comprendre les priorités de l’entreprise et prioriser les user stories non-fonctionnelles en conséquence
- Orchestrer et animer les sprints de réalisation des user stories non-fonctionnelles, ainsi que le refinement du backlog
- Communiquer les décisions de priorisation aux parties prenantes
- S’assurer que la qualité des livrables de chaque itération est en adéquation avec les attentes des projets
- Diplôme supérieur en informatique ou équivalent, idéalement niveau Master
- Au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire
- Avoir la capacité de comprendre les métiers non-fonctionnels tq. Network, Serveurs, DevOps, Sécurité, etc
- Avoir la capacité de comprendre les attentes des projets (i.e. développeurs, architectes solution, product owner)
- Fixer les priorités et les assumer
- Faciliter/organiser les séances de coordination ;
- Capacité à synthétiser les problèmes et proposer des solutions à l'aide des moyens de présentation
- Faire preuve de proactivité afin de proposer des solutions d’améliorations
- Parfaite maîtrise du Français, Anglais B2
